Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

1. What NoBounch is for

NoBounch checks whether email addresses are valid. It is built for validating addresses typed into signup and checkout forms, keeping your own opt-in customer and newsletter lists clean, tidying the contacts in your CRM, and making sure receipts, invoices and password resets reach your customers.

NoBounch does not send email, and it does not sell, rent or provide contact lists of any kind.

2. Permission-based addresses only

You may only verify email addresses that were collected with the owner's permission, such as people who signed up on your website, opted in to your newsletter, or are your customers.

3. What is not allowed

  • Verifying purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists, or addresses guessed from names and domains.
  • Using results to send unsolicited bulk email, spam or cold outreach.
  • Building, cleaning or reselling contact lists for other people to send unsolicited email to.
  • Any use that breaks anti-spam or data protection laws.

4. Follow the law

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to the email you send, including CAN-SPAM (United States), GDPR (European Union and United Kingdom) and CASL (Canada).

5. Enforcement

We may review accounts and uploaded lists for signs of misuse. If you break this policy we may suspend or close your account without refund of used credits.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. To report misuse, email support@nobounch.com.
