Why clean a list before a campaign?
Email lists decay quickly. People change jobs, companies change domains and old inboxes get closed. A list that was perfect a year ago can easily contain a large share of addresses that now bounce. Sending to those addresses tells inbox providers that you are not looking after your list, and your next campaign is more likely to land in spam.

How long does bulk verification take?
Most lists of a few thousand emails finish in minutes. Very large lists or slow mail servers can take longer; you get an email when it is done.
What file format do I need?
A CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file with one email address per row. You can upload .xlsx files directly, no need to convert them; we read the first sheet. Other columns are kept in the report.
How many credits does a list use?
One credit per unique email address. Duplicates and rows without an email are not charged, and unknown results are refunded.
Is my list safe?
Uploaded files are private, deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete a list yourself at any time. We never send email to your contacts.
Which emails should I remove?
Always remove invalid emails. Remove disposable ones from marketing lists. Review catch-all ones and keep them only for contacts you know.
