Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
• Lists and checks: the email addresses you upload or check, and their results.
• Billing: the packages you buy and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address and browser details in short-lived logs, used for security.

Why we use it

• To run the service: verify addresses, show results and keep your credit balance.
• To send service emails such as account confirmation, password resets, finished lists and low balance alerts.
• To prevent abuse and keep accounts secure.

We do not sell your data, use your lists for marketing, or send any message to the addresses you check.

Who we share it with

• Our email verification provider, which receives the addresses being checked and nothing else.
• Our payment provider, which processes payments.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our servers.

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded CSV files are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• You can delete any list and its results at any time.
• When you delete your account, your lists, results and API keys are deleted. Order records are kept for accounting as the law requires.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords and API keys are stored hashed. Uploaded files are stored privately and are never publicly reachable. You can turn on two-factor authentication in Settings.

Your rights

You can see, download, correct or delete your data from the dashboard, or ask us to do it for you. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as objecting to processing or complaining to a data protection authority.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
