Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NoBounch runs the NoBounch email verification service at https://nobounch.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

  • You must give a real email address and keep your password and API keys secret.
  • You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys.
  • One person or business per account. Creating accounts to collect extra free credits is not allowed.

3. Acceptable use

You may only verify addresses you have a lawful reason to contact. You must not use the service to:

  • send spam or build lists for unsolicited email;
  • guess or harvest addresses, or test lists bought or scraped without consent;
  • break any law, including anti-spam and data protection laws;
  • overload, probe or attack the service, or get around rate limits.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of used credits.

4. Credits and payment

  • One credit checks one email address. Credits do not expire.
  • Results that come back unknown are refunded to your balance automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
  • Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change. Changes never affect credits you have already bought.

5. Accuracy of results

We work hard to give accurate results, but mail servers can change their behaviour at any time. Results are a best estimate and we cannot guarantee that every valid address will accept mail or that every invalid one will bounce.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or stop features, and will give notice for major changes where we can.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its lists and results are deleted too.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
